Chris Clarke

Just shot Chris Clarke's new album cover. His new record drops on Christmas Day! He is one of LA's finest. You may have heard of his dad, grammy award winner Stanley Clarke, one of the most celebrated bass players in the world. And you know what they say...like father, like son. Check him out.

MOPLA 3

I had the honor of attending the lecture, The Synergy of Music and Pictures, moderated by Dr. Anthony Bannon of George Eastman House with photographers Herman Leonard and B+. It was truly an honor to be there to listen to them speak so passionately about their love of both music and photography. Leonard photographed all the jazz legends in the 40's and 50's and has left us with iconic imagery from that timeless era. B+ has photographed the hip hop culture for the last few decades. His body of work includes some of the most influential figures of the hip hop movement.

Blu Note Band

Today I shot the Blu Note Band. We shot at the Gleason Estate in Hollywood. What a talented and great group of guys! They all come from classical jazz backgrounds and perform as an ensemble. Thanks to my good friend Nate Pratt at www.BluNoteJazzband.com for hooking the shoot up!
