Resource Mag

I have some new photos that were just published in Resource Magazine's latest issue. I was asked to take a portrait of Tyson Smyer, the Studio Manager at Edge Rentals in Los Angeles, CA. He's a great guy to know if you are in the LA photo industry. He runs the photo studio and has also worked with top photographer's such as Greg Gorman and Craig McDean.

The Amor Fati

I was asked to take some sweet portraits for the Amor Fati Art & Literary Magazine's Communist Themed Party. The event was held at the super cool Historical Monument 157 in Los Angeles, CA. I was definitely interested in taking photos of the controversial themed party, especially considering there would be stylish period piece costumes to photograph. Plus, it was my first time to work with the new LA based magazine. My good friend and "The Young and the Restless" heartthrob, Wilson Bethel, is one of the founders of the magazine. Elle Magazine

Elle Magazine just published my photos of Janelle Monae, Perry Farrell & Crystal Castles in their August 2009 issue! I took photos for the Chloe Party at the new Milk Studios in LA. I am so stoked...next stop is Rolling Stone! You can see all of the photos from that evening here!

Resource Magazine

I had the pleasure of shooting the cover photo for Resource Magazine's newest Summer issue! We went to Las Vegas to shoot their "The Productions of World" feature story. Vegas was amazing and exploring the different parts of the city was something I'd never done before. Thanks to the Nevada Film Commission we were able to photograph the Hoover Dam, the Red Rocks, the Strip, ghost towns and all places in between. I also covered MOPLA, Month of Photography LA, for them. The magazine looks great and I am so happy to be a part of such an awesome "Resource" for the professional photo productionist...now go get a copy and spread the word!
